On the auspicious occasion of the 90th birthday of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama, people around the world join together in heartfelt celebration. I, Qin Weiping, extend my sincerest wishes to His Holiness: may you enjoy robust health, lasting happiness, and continued success in all your endeavors. Happy Birthday and Tashi Delek.

As a member of the younger generation, I deeply cherish and faithfully uphold the wisdom and teachings imparted by His Holiness. I remain committed to nurturing a heart filled with love and compassion, and to contributing—however modestly—to the advancement of our society and to the enduring friendship between the Tibetan and Han peoples.
