font-style: inherit; font-family: inherit; font-size: 1rem; font-weight: inherit; letter-spacing: inherit; line-height: 1.5; margin-top: 18px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">“毫州兴邦公司集资诈骗案”曾哄动一时。1998年，吴尚澧、石峰等人设立兴邦公司，经营蚂蚁、土元养殖等业务。根据新华网2011年的报道，兴邦公司其后拓展仙人掌业务，但隐瞒真实效益，以高利润投资为名，引诱集资，诈骗投资者。</p><p style="border: 0px; font-style: inherit; font-family: inherit; font-size: 1rem; font-weight: inherit; letter-spacing: inherit; line-height: 1.5; margin-top: 18px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">其后，毫州兴邦公司继续集资，在毫州、上海等地购建20多家公司。2008年前后，再以海南房地产项目诱骗集资。2002下半年至2008年底，在未经金融部门批准，兴邦公司共向公众集资约36亿元。</p><p style="border: 0px; font-style: inherit; font-family: inherit; font-size: 1rem; font-weight: inherit; letter-spacing: inherit; line-height: 1.5; margin-top: 18px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">2010年1月，亳州市检察院提起公诉，指控吴尚澧等被告人犯集资诈骗、非法吸收公众存款、隐匿会计凭证、非国家工作人员受贿罪。翌年3月，吴尚澧被判死刑，其余被判死缓、无期徒刑及有期徒刑等刑罚。</p><p style="border: 0px;
