line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">在台湾，国民党中常会周三通过在十月十七日召开的临时全国党代表大会，废止三个月前、洪秀柱代表党参选总统的原提名案。国民党主席朱立伦鞠躬致歉，声称这是为党救亡图存，不得不作的决定。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">在台湾，国民党中常会周三通过在本周六召开的临时全国党代表大会，废止洪秀柱代表党参选总统原提名案，若获通过，当天将立即产生新人选。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">国民党发言人杨伟中会后受访表示:「为了让全代会的程序完备，所以今天有二十六位中常委提案，案主旨是，感谢洪秀柱同志，完成阶段性任务，抛砖引玉，对党贡献良多，唯现选情低迷，基层及立委候选人忧心，为因应当前本党生存与发展面临严峻考验，拟废止洪秀柱同志代表本党参选第十四任中华民国总统原提名，这个案子会交由临时全国党代表大会讨论。」</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">媒体追问征召人选是不是就是党主席朱立伦？杨伟中说，没有讨论，因为要先通过「废止」才讨论「征召」。至于届时废止案将像三个月前通过提名洪秀柱时采鼓掌通过，还是透过举手或是投票表决？杨伟中说，各种表决方式都会预作准备，由当天现场党代表讨论决定。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">「废柱」的临全会召开前夕，面对洪秀柱表态坚持不退，党主席朱立伦首次在中常会表示道歉，强调这是党救亡图存，不是争权力、求好处的时候。朱立伦致词时开门见山就说:「现在我相信我的心情非常地沉重，每一位在座和不在座的党员同志最近心情也一样地沉重，我先向大家鞠一个躬」。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">朱立伦接着说:「这是一个我们不得不作决定的时刻，也是我们不得不作的决定，我身为党主席，一定要为作出这些决定，对所有的党员同志表示歉意，我努力不够、沟通不足，尤其对于洪副院长，造成她的委屈、困扰，要表达我们最高的歉意。」</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">朱立伦坦言，距离明年总统大选不到一百天，国民党的选情空前低迷，不论是基层的反映，或是民调的数据，都告诉国民党必须调整步伐、重新出发，中常会已作出本周六召开临时全代会，这是国民党救亡图存的时刻，绝对不是争权力、求好处的时刻。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">朱立伦强调，他身为党主席，不能眼看百年国民党走入历史，也不能见党内同志面临败选而不奋起。他希望十月十七日后，就是「团结的国民党」，提出国民党的中心政见和两岸政策，让人民有另一个选择。朱立伦提醒党员，「对手绝不在党内」，必须重整队伍争取民众支持。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">洪秀柱办公室发声明表示，认同朱立伦称「对手不在党内」的说法，也了解国民党高层对选情的焦虑，但是大是大非不容混淆。洪办声明强调，洪秀柱坚持的绝非个人的荣辱得失，而是国民党对制度的建立与维系，洪秀柱对国民党的爱与忠诚永远不变，身为党员也会尊重临全会所作的决定，然而，「尔爱其羊，吾爱其礼」，希望国民党要勇于捍卫自己的理念、政策与制度，切勿让基层党员痛心与失望！</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">洪秀柱位在国民党部楼上的竞选办公室，人潮冷清，她的支持者、科学界人士黄永吉接受本台访问指出，朱立伦最该道歉的是，自己想选，早在初选就该领表登记，而民调低不能怪洪秀柱，是马政府政绩太差。 对洪秀柱表态坚持不退，黄永吉认为洪秀柱是「那口气还没有全部吞下来。」</p></div>
