line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">河南省南阳市镇平县坐落着世界最大的洁霉素生产厂——南阳普康药业。该药厂自2004年建厂以来，给当地带来了长达10年的污染问题。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">不堪污染的当地居民周三上午围堵并打砸了药厂，要求其搬出镇平县。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">一名县上居民周四告诉本台，约有上万人参与了此次抗议，当局派出大批警力到场戒备。现时，药厂附近已被封锁，禁止人车前往。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">记者：“我想问下昨天大概有多少人？”</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">对方：“有个上万人。它是个严重污染企业。”</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">记者：“它污染严重到怎么样一个程度？”</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">对方：“污染地下水、污染空气。我给你说一个细节，我们这个两边道路上栽了柳树，但是普康药厂门口的柳树特别矮小，就那个地长不起来。我们是一起栽的，为啥那个柳树长不起来？我们这里的柳树长成参天大树了？”</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">记者：“最主要的要求是什么呢？”</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">对方：“这个药厂搬离镇平县，我们都是要求它搬走。它污染太严重了，应该搬走，它不光污染镇平县，它污染下游太多了，包括邓州市、包括湖北汉江。”</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">记者：“昨天这样一个抗议大概到几点结束的呢？”</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">对方：“到昨天晚上6点多吧。昨天一出问题之后，防暴警察、公安干警、消防武警干警都在现场维持秩序，不让围观。今天是连个路口都不让进，今天所有的车辆、人员不让那个地方去。”</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">另一名当地居民周四则告诉本台，污染甚至令药厂附近村庄的年轻人无法结婚，房子建造了也无人敢住。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">“附近村庄的人没有结婚的都结不上婚，水都喝不成。现在那边的房子都空着没人住。”</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">上述居民还告诉记者，药厂准备建造前，就有附近村民不同意，但药厂最终仍在争议声中落户当地。而自建厂开始，排出的废气就十分刺鼻，令人闻了头晕，也不敢开窗。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">据了解，污染还导致当地的河水成了五颜六色，河中的鱼虾全部死亡，人若碰了河里的水，身上就会出红疹。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">居民们都说，这十年来，他们曾多次向政府部门反映，但始终无果，污染也一直在继续。直至上周五，中国官方中央电视台对药厂的污染情况进行了曝光，县政府才责成工厂立即停产整治。不过，该药厂被指依然我行我素地进行生产。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">而就在发生万人抗议的前一天，南阳市政府还发布了通报，称经调查组现场确认，央视报道的普康药业镇平分公司暗管排污问题不存在，报道中现场所取废水为镇平生物发酵有限公司排放的污水，该公司已于2014年12月5日停产，污水处理设施于12月底停运。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">直至周四凌晨，镇平县政府再发布通报指，工厂发酵罐的无害化处理至封存，整个过程预计需要15天，到2月5日可实现全面停产整治。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">对此，居民王小姐周四向本台表示：“那是政府的事情，我们这边人家说（全面停产整治）可能是敷衍我们的。政府权力多大呀？”</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">有民众感叹，百姓们所企求的不过是窗明几净，碧水蓝天，然而，这样一个卑微的希望，实现起来却难如登天。</p></div>
