font-style: inherit; font-family: inherit; font-size: 1rem; font-weight: inherit; letter-spacing: inherit; line-height: 1.5; margin-top: 18px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">蔡英文政府曾经宣示未来将采取所谓的“新南向政策”，这被外界解读为改善和东南亚国家的关系。分析认为，在南海争议上，新政府的态度不会如同前任的马英九政府一般强硬。</p><p style="border: 0px;
