vertical-align: top; width: auto !important; height: auto !important;" alt="" /></a></div></div></div></div></div><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;">甘肃省兰州交通大学博文学院教师刘伶利逝世后，数十名网民在兰州黄河边举行悼念仪式。而中国媒体人和网民持续发力，踢爆博文学院的院长，怀疑在学历方面作假；官方则向各方施压，试图平息舆论。（刘少风 报道）<br /><br />参加周六（20日）晚集会的媒体人透露，周六是患癌教师刘伶利去世后的头七，网民自发组织在兰州黄河边的悼念活动。因为已经成为重大舆情事件，官方已通过内部渠道要尽快令事件降温。<br /><br />他说：是兰州线民自发的行动，现场可能有30、40人。没有她（刘伶利）的家人参加，也有几个她的同事参加。然后，她的情况，影响力还是挺大的，是一个重大的舆情事件。现在官方公开的表态是没有的，但是它从内部渠道然后让这个媒体人啊停止转发，让舆情降温，它采取这种做法。<br /><br />就在网民纪念活动的当天，刘伶利生前工作的兰州交通大学博文学院，在其官网上发出最新通报，指大学方面已派工作组到博文学院，调查网传关于刘伶利事件，他们将积极配合调查，并与刘伶利的家属保持沟通联系，妥善处理遗留问题。<br /><br />但这则表态和之前表示将和刘伶利家人沟通的说法，都引起网民的严厉抨击。在博文学院的官方微博上，很多网民留言，批评学院开除刘伶利的做法，一些网民更称要以退学抗议。<br /><br />而官媒中青报的评论员亦以严厉措辞，对学院的负责人（院长）陈玲作出问责：“论情，冷血无情；论理，还好意思跟自己的学生讲甚么叫良心、甚么叫道理、甚么叫正义吗？”<br /><br />但在官媒的批评中，对刘伶利生前挣扎求生却被城管驱逐，以及整件事中政府对弱势者未有相助，都避而不谈。<br /><br />尽管受到持续批评，并演变成公众舆论事件，但本台记者周日（21日）得悉，刘伶利在生前起诉校方将她开除是违法，而一审和二审她都已经胜诉，但直到她去世，判决都没有得到执行。<br /><br />刘伶利的母亲周日（21日）在接受本台访问时透露，至今校方没有执行法院判决。但她表示无法多谈，有甚么事可以问他们的律师。<br /><br />她说：没有啊，判决这么长时间都没有啊，能有吗？一点没有。我也不想回答，你跟我们律师去说吧。<br /><br />刘伶利生前的代理律师廖先生指出，他们已经和学校谈过，问题还没得到解决，但已经有一些初步共识。不过他称，他不能接受外媒采访。<br /><br />经过媒体人调查发现，被博文学院官网指为获得“中国最具社会责任教育家”、“感动中国十大民办教育人物”称号的院长陈玲，怀疑她的博士学历有假。此外，被检索到她的3篇论文，被批评者发现1篇垃圾论文发到不同的杂誌上。<br /><br />据教育界人士透露，刘伶利的的悲惨遭遇，呈现出中国社会个体严重缺乏保障的现实。此外，兰州交通大学博文学院这种以教育为名的圈钱乱象，亦是官方一手促成。<br /><br />他说：它那个太没有人性了嘛，在中国就是这个样子，根本是说不上保障。挂兰州交大的牌子，然后向它缴管理费，办的私立学校就叫独立学院。这种学校在中国非常多。用它的牌子招生，这种学校不算好学校。<br /><br />兰州交通大学博文学院在接受本台电话采访时称，学院1名姓左的副院长专门处理这件事，但左姓副院长的手机一直无人接听。</p></div>
