vertical-align: top; width: auto !important; height: auto !important;" alt="" /></em></a></div></div></div></div></div><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;">以巴伐利亚州绿党议会党团为主的多个团体，以及在欧美社会具有相当影响的政治和学界人士在慕尼黑启动“伊力哈木工程”活动。<br /><br />大约两周前，德国巴伐利亚绿党、德国支持受迫害族群协会（GfbV ，Die Gesellschaft für bedrohte Völker）、世维大会等多个团体就发出预报，十二月十二号他们将在慕尼黑联合举办一个有关被中国政府关押，并且被判处无期徒刑的著名维吾尔人维权知识分子伊力哈木，以及维吾尔人权问题的国际会议。记者获悉，流亡加拿大的著名汉族民运领袖盛雪女士，特别到德国参加了这个活动。为此，十二号晚间，记者采访了盛雪女士。<br /><br />关于这个会议，盛雪女士首先对记者介绍说，“这个活动的名字叫做‘伊力哈木工程’。这个名字是我们几个人，特别是有懂中文的西方学者如法国的侯芷明教授等，我们几个人刚刚确定的。今天呢，是在德国慕尼黑‘伊力哈木工程’正式启动，而且今天开了一天的圆桌会议。”<br /><br />关于出席会议的人员，她介绍说，“在海外的一些维吾尔人的社区领袖，有很多人都到场了，如艾尔肯教授、主办者安尼瓦江，还有从美国、从法国及很多国家来的专家学者。其中特别是法国的侯芷明教授，她对于整个‘伊力哈木工程’的启动出了很多力。还有一位在今年前些时候被中国驱逐出境的法国记者，她的中文名字叫郭玉这次也出席了这个会议。”<br /><br />据记者了解，巴伐利亚州绿党议会党团主席鮑瑟（Margarete Bause）女士致了欢迎辞，出席会议并且做了发言的有州议会社民党党团主席林德尔斯帕赫尔（Markus Rinderspacher），美国民主基金会主席格瑞夫（Louisa Greve）女士，德国支持受迫害族群协会亚洲部负责人德利乌斯（Ulrich Delius），美国华盛顿大学罗伯特斯教授（Prof. Sean Roberts），美国人权观察中国部主任理查德森（Sophie Richardson），流亡台湾的八九学运领袖吾尔开希，以及伊力哈木的女儿等。绿党欧洲议会议员劳赫比勒（Barbara Lochbihler）做了录像发言。独立中文笔会会长廖天琪和盛雪参加了下午的对谈讨论。<br /><br />对于她的发言，盛雪介绍说，“我是从四方面谈的。第一点是我们不能够继续对中共这个政权抱有任何幻想，因为任何幻想都只能够是在浪费时间。第二伊力哈木他的牺牲和付出为维吾尔人反抗中共暴政赢得了空间。第三维吾尔人要让最大量的中国人能够了解他们的处境，理解他们的处境，同情他们。最后就是我呼吁，所有争取自由、人权、民主的力量及人都应该高度合作。”</p></div>
